Community Yoga
Aset offers yoga classes as an act of service at no charge. Our motivation is simple: to freely give something of value, to invest in this community, to spark your curiosity and commitment to living a more conscious and healthy life. Whether you are new to practicing yoga or more experienced, you will find a loving and safe place to explore what it fully means to embrace the 8 limbs of yoga, as Patanjali, the father of yoga, detailed in the Yoga Sutras over 2,000 years ago.

ZEN with MOCHA
Welcome to the Zen with Mocha Support Circle, a warm and nurturing environmentdesigned for cancer patients and survivors. Led by Barbara Joy, a compassionate facilitator and cancer survivor, accompanied by her spirited Jack Russell Terrier, Mocha, this circle offers a unique blend of emotional support and joyful companionship. Participants are invited to share their experiences, challenges, and victories in an atmosphere of understanding and empathy.
This circle aims to build community, enhance emotional well-being, and provide valuable resources to navigate the complexities of cancer treatment and recovery. Following the circle, you will experience the power of restorative yoga with Reiki. Restorative yoga with Reiki helps the body reduce stress, release tension, and rebalance the nervous system to provide feelings of deep inner peace and profound relaxation.
Held Tuesdays from 8am-10am.
Cost is sliding scale $20-30
Senior Yoga
This empowering, all-levels yoga class is designed to support seniors in staying strong, steady, and mobile—both on and off the mat. No experience is needed, and everything you need for practice is provided, including mats, props, and supportive tools to help you feel confident and comfortable.
Each class combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and gentle strength-building to improve balance, increase flexibility, and restore vitality. Over time, students often notice better posture, fewer aches, and greater ease in everyday activities.
But the benefits aren’t just physical. This is also a time to slow down, release stress, and reconnect to a deep sense of peace and inner resilience. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a steady, enriching practice, you’re warmly welcome here.
Held Mondays at 9:00am.
Private Instruction
If you are interested in getting more individualized support for your yoga practice sign up for private lessons with Regan. She will help you develop greater alignment in the postures and help you target areas where you hold the most tension. You will also receive support for your meditation practice, a key element of yoga practice.
$50 per Hour
