You will also learn the Four Purifications, time-honored yogic practices for physical and mental clarity. These teachings come from Baba Hari Dass, a master of classical yoga whose work helped bring traditional practice to the West. I’ve received these teachings through my mentor, Hanna Muse, one of his students.
