The Wisdom of Endings

What if endings have something to teach us?

We spend much of our lives trying to hold on, yet change is woven into being human. Relationships evolve. Children grow up. Careers shift. Bodies age. Identities that once fit may no longer belong to who we are becoming.

October places this truth all around us as leaves fall, gardens finish producing, and the light recedes. Join Sivani Ishaya, MS in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine, for an experiential conversation exploring our relationship with endings, mortality, change, and letting go.

Together, we’ll consider why some endings are so difficult to accept, what we continue holding after life has changed, and how awareness of life’s impermanence might shape the way we live now.

Come as you are, with your experiences, questions, and curiosity.
